Refund Policy

If you paid a deposit for one of our bunnies, your deposit will be used as part of the sale price.  All deposits are non-refundable.  We do this because once you pay a deposit for a bunny, we reserve that bunny just for you and take the bunny off the list of available bunnies.  If you decide to not adopt the bunny, he/she lost opportunities to find a home.

If something happens to the bunny you reserved in our care, we will refund your deposit entirely.
