Steps for adopting your bunny

Step 1

Decide on which type of bunny is best for you and your lifestyle. All three bunnies, Holland Lops, Teddywidders, and Full Face English Angora, are wonderful pets that can bring great happiness.

When a litter of bunnies is 2 weeks old, the wait list will open. The deposit for a bunny is $50. First person to place a deposit gets first pick, second person to place a deposit gets second pick, and so forth. We will send you a link to pay for your deposit. The deposit amount will be subtracted from the total adoption fee.

Step 4

When the bunnies are 6 weeks old, families can choose their bunnies, in order of when deposits were given. I will be able to tell you what I think the gender of each bunny is, but please be advised that mistakes can happen. Love and Lops does not guarantee the gender of the bunny you are adopting.

At 8 weeks of age, bunnies can go to their new home! We will meet in a prearranged location. Your bunny will go home with a bag of hay and pellets to get you started. You will pay the remainder of the adoption fee. We will send you a link for you to pay the remainder of the adoption fee.
